About Us
About Easy Home Maintenance
A straightforward way for homeowners in the United States to ask for help with the parts of a home that need regular attention.

Our purpose
Easy Home Maintenance exists because asking for help with a house is often harder than the repair itself. Homeowners describe the same issue several times, in different places, and still end up unsure whether anyone will follow up. This website replaces that with one clear form and one predictable process.
We help homeowners submit and coordinate requests for common home maintenance services based on the service required and the customer ZIP Code. What we publish here is limited to what we can stand behind: how the process works, what each service category covers, and what to expect once a request has been sent.
You will not find invented history, staff biographies or project totals on this website, because none of that would help you decide whether to send a request. What matters is that the form is easy to complete, the review is honest about availability, and the follow-up says something useful.

How we work
What guides the process
Four commitments that shape every request handled through this website.
A customer-first request process
The form asks for what is genuinely needed to understand a request and nothing more. There is no account to create, no call required before you can describe the problem, and no obligation attached to sending it.
ZIP Code based availability
Every request is assessed using the service selected together with the ZIP Code entered. That keeps the answer specific to your location rather than a broad claim about coverage.
Clear communication
You are told what was received, what is still to be confirmed and what happens next. If something cannot be arranged, you are told that plainly instead of being left waiting.
Protection of your information
Details submitted through the website are used to review and coordinate the request and to reply to you. What is collected and how it is used is set out in the Privacy Policy.
How service coordination works
A request may be fulfilled or supported by an independent service professional who can assist with the service you selected. Where that applies, the information needed to respond to your request is shared with that professional so they can contact you about it. This is explained in the Service Provider Disclosure and in the Privacy Policy, and it is stated on the request form itself rather than hidden in a footnote.
What to expect after you submit
Your request is recorded with the service, the ZIP Code, your description and the time of submission. It is then reviewed so the scope is understood before anyone contacts you. Follow-up covers availability for that service in your area, anything that needs clarifying and the next steps. A date and time is arranged only if you agree to it, so submitting a service request does not confirm an appointment.
Ready to describe what your home needs?
Share the service, your ZIP Code and a short description. Your request is reviewed and you are contacted about availability and next steps.
Submitting a service request does not confirm an appointment.
