Privacy Request

Requests you can make

• Access: ask what personal information is held about you and how it has been used
• Correction: ask us to fix information that is inaccurate
• Deletion: ask us to delete your request record, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt out: ask us not to use analytics or advertising measurement technologies for you
• Contact preference: ask us to stop contacting you about a specific request

How to submit your request

Email help@easyhomemaintenance.site with the subject line Privacy Request. Include the type of request, the email address or phone number you used when submitting your service request, and the approximate date of that request. Please do not include government identifiers, payment details or other sensitive information in your message.

Verification

To protect your information, we verify requests before acting on them. Verification normally means matching the details in your message against the information already held with your request. If we cannot verify a request, we will tell you why.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for written permission signed by you and may still ask you to confirm the request directly.

Timing and outcome

We aim to confirm receipt promptly and to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where the law requires it, and where that applies we will explain which information was kept and why.

No discrimination

Making a privacy request does not affect how your service request is handled and does not lead to different treatment.
