Easy Home Maintenance

Services

Six Service Categories, One Request Form

Easy Home Maintenance covers the parts of a home that most often need attention. Each category below describes the kind of work it includes, so you can pick the closest match with confidence.

How to choose the right category

Start with the symptom rather than the solution. If water is involved and it is not tied to a specific room fitting, Plumbing is usually the right choice. If a fixture, surface or cabinet in a specific room is the concern, Bathroom or Kitchen will carry more useful context. Anything that involves power, lighting or switching belongs under Electrical, while comfort, airflow, heating and cooling belong under HVAC. Water entering from above, along with shingles, flashing and gutters, belongs under Roofing.

If an issue could reasonably sit in two categories, choose either one and explain the full picture in the description field. Nothing is rejected for being filed under a neighbouring category, and the review reads the description as well as the selection. Every category uses the same request process, and availability is always assessed using the service selected together with your ZIP Code.

After you submit

What Happens Next

The same four stages apply to every category.

  1. 1

The form records the service you selected, your ZIP Code, your description and your contact preferences, along with the date and time of submission.

  2. 2

    The details are reviewed

The request is read in full so the scope is understood before anyone contacts you, and availability is assessed for that service in your ZIP Code.

  3. 3

    You receive follow-up

You are contacted using your preferred method to discuss availability, clarify anything unclear and explain the next steps.

  4. 4

    Arrangements are confirmed with you

Nothing is treated as booked until you agree to it. Submitting a service request does not confirm an appointment.

Service Questions

Choose the category that best matches the main symptom and mention the other area in your description. A leak under a kitchen sink, for example, can be submitted as Plumbing or Kitchen as long as the description is clear.
